Why it is prescribed (Indications) : 
This medication is a cephalosporin antibiotic, prescribed for susceptible infections.

When it is not to be taken (Contraindications): 


Known hypersensitivity to cephalosporins.


When it is to be taken : 
PO- The recommended dose is 500 mg twice daily.
Special Instruction : 
* Caution should be exercised in diarrhea, intestinal inflammation, kidney impairment, liver disease, any allergy, who are taking other medications during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Side Effects : 
Diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and hypersensitivity reactions.
Other Precautions : 
*Avoid excess dosage.
Storage Conditions : 
Store it at room temperature.
