International- Miostat, Isopto. When it is not to be taken (Contraindications): Hypersensitivity.
When it is to be taken : The recommended dose is one-half milliliter should be gently instilled into the affected eyes. How it should be taken : It comes as eye drops to instill into the affected eyes as directed by your physician. Special Instruction : * Caution should be exercised in patients with history of heart problems, Parkinson disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, ulcer, urinary tract blockage, any allergy, during pregnancy and breast-feeding. * It may cause blurred vision, do not drive a car or operate machinery while taking this medication. * It should not be used in children. Side Effects : Eye - Clouding, sensitivity to light and blurred vision. Miscellaneous - Flushing, sweating, stomach distress, abdominal cramps, tightness in urinary bladder, and headache. * Avoid excess dosage. Storage Conditions : Store it at controlled room temperature (15°-30°C). |
