When it is to be taken : IV- The recommended initial dose is 6 to 10 mg/kg and an infusion dose of 10 to 24 mg/min. How it should be taken : It comes as a solution for injection, to be administered by a healthcare provider into the vein. Special Instruction : * Caution should be exercised in patients with history of any allergy, children, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Side Effects : Allergic Reactions- Anaphylaxis, angioedema, hives, vasomotor disturbances, flushing, tingling, nausea, vomiting, and cramps may occur. * Avoid excess dosage. Storage Conditions : Store it at controlled room temperature (15-30°C). |
