Indication This test can detect DNA linkage association with major genetic mutation. The test can indicate can help in early detection in a family with history of autosomal dominant polycstic disease. Test is required for prenatal diagnosis in couples known to be carriers of the recessive form of polycystic kidney disease.
Physiology Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease is common fatal inherited disorder which approximately 1 in 1000 people. Polycystic kidney disease is characterised by progressive increase and enlargement of numerous fluid filled renal cysts. Cysts are present in spleen, liver, pancreas, spleen, subarachnoid space and pineal gland.
Sample Laboratory generally provides an interpretive report.
Test Method Southern blotting technique.

Mycobacterium Tuberculosis is an aerobic bacteria that is why when a tuberculoma transforms to a cavitatory lesion, the number of bacteria increase to enormus number.If communication between cavity and bronchus is esatablished, then the bacteria coughed out during coughing. Cavitatory pulmonary lesion must be considered sputum +ve until and unless prove otherwise. Always do the microscopy of such patients and even saliva may have bacteria(AFB was detected in saliva of such patient)

thank for the information on this web, as i was reading on Apt`s test,I was expecting that you were going to explain more especially in terms of the results after that test has been done, but you didn`t say anything!! how would i know if the blood is the fetal or maternal???
