Indication Establish the presence and identity of potentially pathogenic fungi.
Physiology Primary fungal pulmonary infections include Histoplasma capsulatum Coccidioides immitis, Cryptococcus neofromans, and Blastomyces dermatititdis. Definitive diagnosis depends upon the presence of clinical signs of pulmonary infection, a chest x-rayrevealing abnormality such as granuloma.
Normal Range No growth
Sample Sputum, tracheal aspiration, bronchoscopy specimen, transtracheal aspirate.
Test Method culture on selective media
Related Tests Aspergillus, Bronchoalveolar lavage, Cryptococcus test, fungus smear, Histoplasmosis, KOH preperation. Nocardia culture, sputum culture, throat culture.

i've 25pus in the sample
it was 6 then get 25 in 1 week
what it is the propabable diagnosis?

i have hemoglobin in urine i take commadine 5mg and 2.5 mg as alternative day by day
