Test : T and B lymphocyte subset assay


Indications : Leukemia,lymphoma,AIDS

Physiology : Monoclonal antibody reacts with the subsets of T and B lymphocytes.T and B lymphocytes contains a number of subset components.Erythrocyte rossette assay is performed

Normal Range : T cells->80%, B cells >60%

Interpretation : Panic range-T cells<80%.B cells greater than 60% indicate immunodeficiency states
