The spice cardamom has been used in India for more than 2000 years.

Cardamom is most effective for vomiting and nausea. 2 - 3 whole cardamom pods are dry roasted in a pan and powdered - gives an instant cure for vomiting.

They stop stomach cramps, belching and flatulence in the same way.

Chew on cardamom as a mouth freshener after having a meal that is cooked with garlic and onions.
