I'm 73 yrs old great great grandma and in perfect health, why? because I have used garlic for years and it has done wonders for me. If you feel a cold coming on cut 1 clove in small pieces and swallow with milk, I suggest do this at night the next day you will be fine. Eating some parsley will take the smell and taste away and save on medicines and doctors bills, which I did. Enid
