Beat the Heat!!!

The scorching heat during summer months is just unbearable. The blazing heat emanating from the sun's rays in this peak summer has wiped off the smiles on many faces, both young and old. That too when it's humid it can be irritating, but more than that when temperatures rise, it can be dangerous. During summer the skin becomes dry, parched, lips break, and our body is dehydrated.

To cool off this hot summer it is very essential to drink adequate quantities of water since it is the medium with which all systems and subsystems function. 60% of body weight is water among males and 50% of body weight in females.

On an average the total intake of water should be 3-4lts per day. It's always welcoming to drink chilled water to beat the heat, since it has an immediate effect on the body temperature.

To add flavor and taste just add a dash of lime and mint, which will make up your lemonade. So, replenish your dehydrated systems with plenty of sparkling water. It flushes the whole system clean and helps in maintaining the youthful radiance.

Beauty is not just skin deep; your total intake is reflected on your outward appearance. So, drink adequate amount water and chill off!!!!

Have a great summer!!!
