I am a high blood sugar ( uncontrolled) patient, I am 50 years old , executive in Central Govt PSU, my sugar level is 242 after taking food, my micro albumin test is 21.0 mg/L my eye specialist detected a early retino pathy & physician suggested me that your kidney has damaged. my friend told me about pyeloplasty of kidney is the best way to cure my kidney. hence I want your suggestion regarding it.
