Thank you for sharing this video. A friend of mine did hernia surgery last year. He had pain in his groin especially when he was bending over or at the time of coughing and lifting heavy weights. Then he consulted a hernia surgeon. The doctor told him that those are the symptoms of inguinal hernia and suggested hernia surgery. The doctor asked him to drink plenty of fluids and eat light foods. He has undergone the surgery and now he is completely recovered from all the pain.
