Epilepsy is a medical condition where the brain cells or neurons fire abnormal electrical signals to the entire or some parts of the brain and this manifests in the body as a ‘Seizure’. It can affect a number of mental and physical functions. If a person has two or more seizures they are likely to have epilepsy.

Virucha 7/9/2010	Thank you very much! my sister is a Epilepsy patient, hence i want to have a copy of the presentation at home to give first aid to her. Will you please help me? Though she is in regular medication, a couple of days back she has got the problem in mid night. Can it be controlled fully if not cured. We are from Virudhunagar, down south of India. Please let us know the latest treatment or guide me to help my sister who is a working woman.- G.Virucha
