My wife has severe Gas problem, She tried boiling aajwain & mix some sendha namak. Drink it (like morning tea)after dinner. It helped her, but she is quiet irregular & don't follow it regularly. Hight of gastric problem,Press her hand, she releases the gas from mouth. For that matter, press any part & see the fun.
