Yoga for Memory Enhancement


To control the feeling of mental exhaustion a student can practice different types of yoga during the examination period.

By doing these asanas one can improve the blood flow to the brain thereby ensuring fresh oxygen supply to the brain. Students can overcome tension and anxiety. Yoga practice can clear the chakras to function better.
