Juices Note: - These are preferred for Break fast. These porridge like Preparations should not be very thinly prepared as for Vata. It should be thick in consistency, preferably sweetened, with milk & flavored with cardamom and lavanga. Melted ghee is also added to it. If salt is required, a pinch of rock salt should be added. Seasoning is done with ghee.
