Wheat Noodles


Ingredients :  Wheat noodles (dry) – 100 gm
Water - 5 cups
Tomato - 2
Onions - 2
Chilly - 1
Garlic - 6 – 10 cloves
Ginger - 1 small piece
Pepper Powder - 1 Spoon
Cumin Powder - ¼ Spoon

Rock Salt - To taste
Olive Oil - 2 Spoons
 
Preparation:

1. Cook the noodles in the water for 3-5 Minutes
2. Drain the water
3. Now rinse it in the cold running water. Keep aside
4. Heat olive oil in

5. Sauté chopped chilly, garlic and ginger
6. Add chopped onions and tomatoes to it. Sauté well till soft
7. Then add the cooked wheat noodles and salt
8. Mix it well for few minutes

1. It is heavy to digest
2. It is nourishing and strengthening
3. It balances Vata
4. If cooked with ghee it balances Pitta
