Ingredients :
Wheat flour - 1cup
Bran rice flour - 1 cup
Cumin seeds - 2 teaspoon
Onions - 1
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Sesame oil - 4 spoons
Coriander leaves - few
Salt - to taste
Preparation :
Mix wheat flour and bran rice flour to dosa- batter consistency. Chop the onions, fry it with sesame oil and add to the batter. Add cumin seeds, chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix it well. Heat an iron pan. Grease it with sesame oil. Pour the batter from the corners. Sprinkle sesame oil on it. Turn it with the spatula when the sides become golden brown. Roast the other side too .Serve hot with mint chutney.
