Preparation
Ingredients :
Maize - 30gm
Soya bean - 05gm
Curd - 10ml
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Onion - 10 gm
Salt - to taste
Sesame oil - 50ml
Method :
Soak maize and soya bean. Grind it well. Add curd, curry leaves, coriander leaves and chopped onions while grinding. Make the batter to a pouring consistency. Heat an iron pan. Grease it slightly with sesame oil. Spread the batter on it in a round shape. Sprinkle sesame oil on it. Cook both the sides till golden brown.
