Preparation

Ingredients
  • Plain flour (Maida) – 100 gm
  • Ghee – 100 ml
  • Milk – ˝ cup
  • Sugar – 100 gm
  • Water – 150 ml
Method

Kneed maida and ghee well with a little milk. Make small balls out of it. Fry it with ghee. Soak it in sugar syrup. Preparation of sugar syrup. Add 150 ml of water to 100 gm of sugar. Boil it till the sugar dissolves in the water and attains a syrupy consistency.
