Indication Aids in maintaining weight Gives energy Helps in down ward movement of air and feces Improves digestion and is easy to digest Increases appetite It is very tasty and nutritious It provides the vitamins and minerals essential to the body Relieves anorexia Relieves tiredness This soup has the combined qualities of all the vegetables Preparation Ingredients Tomato - 50 gm Onion - 25 gm Garlic - 10gm Carrot - 25 gm Beans - 25 gm Cabbage - 25 gm Peas - 25 gm Pepper powder - 2 pinches Cumin seeds powder - 2 pinches Coriander seeds powder - 2 pinches Coriander leaves - few Mint leaves - few Rock salt - according to taste Corn flour - for thickening Ghee - ½ spoon Method Fry chopped onions and garlic pods in ghee. Then add chopped tomatoes and other vegetables. Add little rock salt and water to the contents. Boil the mixture on a low-flame for one hour until the contents become soft and cooked. Put the cooked content into a soup processor or filter the contents using a cloth and squeeze the juices out of the vegetables. Now add the powdered spice and a little corn flour to the broth and boil for a while. Garnish with coriander leaves and mint leaves. |
