Indications
Ingredients Cucumber - 2 (50 mg) Butter milk - 1 cup. Tomato - 2 Lemon juice - ½ teaspoons Coriander leaves - ¼ bunches Salt and pepper - to taste Method Peel and slice cucumber. Blend it with tomato pieces and lemon juice in a food processor. Now add buttermilk and mix thoroughly. Add salt and pepper as required and pour the soup into a shallow serving bowl. Tridosha - Three body humors i.e., Vata, Pitta and Kapha Dosha - Body humor that has gone out of balance Vata - It refers to one of the three doshas. It is made of air and ether. This functional unit of the body is characterized by movement, coldness, lightness and dryness. When out of balance, it produces pain in various body parts. Pitta - It is one of the three doshas and is made up of fire and water. Pitta is characterized by heat, temperature and digestion in the body. When imbalanced it produces heat and a burning sensation . Kapha - Constitutes one of the three doshas. This is made of earth and water. It is characterized by fluidity, strength and nourishment. When imbalanced it produces heaviness and phlegm in the body. |
