The top of this eye chart should measure 5 inches across on your screen! Stand 10 feet from the screen (About 3 large steps) and test one eye at a time. This test may be inacurate for a number of reasons and can only be considered a screening test. It is not intended to replace routine professional eye exams. It can give you an approximate idea of your visual acuity. You may test yourself both with and with out glasses or contact lens correction. Please contact your ophthalmologist if there has been a change in your vision!
