I am Jojo and was diagnosed with diabetes a few weeks ago (7.7mmol/L). I started using diet and it was successful as the fbs came down to 5.7mmol/L. However, quite recently I've noticed an increase again (7.4mmol/L today)even though I'm still on my new diet regime. What do you think is happening and what should I do?
