Preparation

Ingredients

Tomato - 50 gm
Onion - 25 gm
Garlic - 10gm
Carrot - 25 gm
Beans - 25 gm
Cabbage - 25 gm
Peas - 25 gm
Pepper powder - 2 pinches
Cumin seeds powder - 2 pinches
Coriander seeds powder - 2 pinches
Coriander leaves - few
Mint leaves - few
Rock salt - according to taste
Corn flour - for thickening
Ghee - spoon

Method
Fry chopped onions and garlic pods in ghee. Then add chopped tomatoes and other vegetables. Add little rock salt and water to the contents. Boil the mixture on a low-flame for one hour until the contents become soft and cooked.
Put the cooked content into a soup processor or filter the contents using a cloth and squeeze the juices out of the vegetables. Now add the powdered spice and a little corn flour to the broth and boil for a while. Garnish with coriander leaves and mint leaves.
